Here's the deal: the old PAN boards HAD everyone and his brother and sister dropping in talking about everything.. Why, then, shouldn't this board be the same?
There is responsibility and accountability to everyone who is a member, whether you just join or you've been here since its inception back in the 01com days. And it's not jumping down people's throat about asking if they don't know -- it's about looking around first to see if it's been covered. This is the reason many sites have FAQs -- to prevent them from being asked frequently and thus taking away from the discussion.
