By the way ...
I was watching the cult classic THE HONEYMOON KILLERS (1970) the other night and was struck by the fact (especially after watching your STRIKER character !) that the role of Ray Fernandez (played by Tony Lo Bianco) would have been PERFECT fro you back then !
Watch the clip here (on Youtube) or rent it (it's a GREAT movie) ... Lots of similarities I thought (voice, mannerism, ...)

There is a certain Peter Austin Noto quality in the clip compared to Striker except Peter never had a on screen kiss with Rhonda Shear...

I can see the type casting that you describe with the STRIKER character played by Peter Austin Noto and the role of Ray Fernandez (played by Tony Lo Bianco)
The slow movement of acting almost seems he is on edge.
It would have been real funny if the Tony Lo Bianco dressed like STRIKER ........... |

If you check out Peter's performance in Collinsville. he has that same slow on the edge style about him. regarding Collinsville I heard Peter say his performance was not quite what he felt it should have been. to must travel on short notice.
