Always found the speech at the end of the movie that
Al Pacino or Lt. Col. Frank Slade is speaking in defense of Charlie Simms

To be very riveting.

I do not know.
It does say,

Peter must have been filming a part of the movie for something
For who ? for what ? maybe a network or personal material as a actor ?
Peter reinvented Robert Bradley's Postcard by re editing himself
