Inpav       Basement toilet clogged 9-21-2008 08:37 AM Basement toilet clogged. You can use it but not flushing 100% You can hear it backing up in sink and shower. Working on situation currently. It seems our bushes in front of the house grows within the drain pipe and causes this. Sound correct, same as last time. Just cost $327.50
